Visa Process
Research
The first step in obtaining an international visa is to research the visa requirements for the destination you plan to visit. You can find this information on the embassy or consulate website of the country you plan to visit.
Application
Once you have determined the visa requirements, you can fill out the visa application form. The application form can usually be found on the embassy or consulate website or may be available in-person at the embassy or consulate.
Required documents
Along with the visa application form, you will also need to provide supporting documents. The required documents may vary depending on the country you are applying for a visa to, but generally, you will need the following:

- Passport-size photographs
- Flight itinerary
- Travel insurance
- Proof of funds

The Decision to grant entry visa is entirely at the discretion of the country’s immigration authorities. Dream Path Travel & Tourism can’t guarantee your visa application will be accepted.
If I get a visa, am I guaranteed entry into the country?
No. The granting of a visa does not guarantee entry into the country you applied for. The final decision rests with the immigration officer at the port of entry.
How long does it take to get a visa?
If all required documents are submitted correctly, visas are generally issued within 5 working days.
Do I have to pay any security deposit?
A security deposit may be applicable depending on your nationality, application, and type of visa. Our visa operations team will guide you if a deposit is required.
When will my security deposit be refunded?
Once the visitor exits the country and the immigration authorities record the departure, the deposit will be refunded within 4 international working days.
For rejected applications, the refund will be processed within 6 working days.
To confirm exit, please ensure the departure stamp is visible in your passport.

What documents do I need to apply for a visa? Do all family members need to submit documents?

My passport is expiring soon – can I still get a visa?
No. Immigration requires that all visitors hold a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival. Please renew your passport before applying.
Do children or infants need a visa?
Yes. All passengers, including children and infants, must hold a valid visa to enter the UAE. In some cases, immigration authorities may waive visa requirements for infants traveling with parents, but this is not guaranteed.
How can I track the status of my visa application?
After submitting your application, you will receive a TRIP ID. Log in to your account and go to the My Trips section to view the latest status. We will also notify you by email regarding approval, rejection, or if further documents are required.
Why was my visa application rejected?
Visa approvals are determined solely by the Immigration Department. While we have no influence over their decision, our expert team conducts a pre-screening process to minimize the chances of rejection. Thanks to this, our success rate is 99.9%.
Does the visa fee include credit card charges?
No. Credit card charges are billed separately from the visa fee.
Will my visa fees be refunded if my application is rejected?
Visa fees are non-refundable, but any deposit amount will be refunded as per policy.

Undertaking
By applying through Dream Path Travel & Tourism, the applicant acknowledges and accepts that the visit visa is sponsored by Dream Path Travel & Tourism LLC. The visitor must leave the UAE within the validity of the visa. In case of overstay or violation, the sponsor will forfeit the guarantee deposit and bear any legal or financial responsibilities related to the applicant’s travel, accommodation, or other expenses.
Submission
After you have completed the visa application form and gathered the required documents, you can submit your application to the embassy or consulate. The visa processing time can vary depending on the country and the type of visa you are applying for.
Approval
Once your visa application is approved, you will receive your visa, which will allow you to enter the country for the duration specified in the visa.
